Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms apply when you order an AI advertisement from Faceless Youtuber Tamil through facelessyoutubertamil.in, WhatsApp, phone or email.

Service and price

The standard package is one AI advertisement of up to 1 minute for ₹3,000. Longer videos or special requirements are quoted separately before work starts.

Payment

Payment terms (advance, balance, method) are confirmed with you on WhatsApp or email before production begins.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any logo, product photo, script, music or brand material you provide. Please do not request content that is misleading, unlawful, or imitates a real person without their consent.

AI-generated visuals

Advertisements are made with AI tools. Visuals are creative representations and may not exactly match a real product, place or person. You are responsible for making sure your final ad's claims are accurate.

Revisions and delivery

The number of revisions and the delivery timeline are agreed with you for each project before work starts.

Usage

Once paid in full, you may use the delivered advertisement to promote your business on social media, websites and other channels. Faceless Youtuber Tamil may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
